Our ESG Team
The integration of Naxicap’s ESG framework, both at firm level and across its portfolio companies, is supported by a dedicated ESG team of six professionals with complementary backgrounds and areas of expertise:
A Managing Director, who oversees ESG matters at Executive Committee level and plays an active role in advancing Naxicap’s responsible investment approach;
An Investor Relations Director, with more than 25 years of experience in investment and investor relations, who has been actively involved in Naxicap’s ESG initiative since 2014;
A four-member operational team, comprising:
- an ESG Director, with more than 15 years of ESG experience as an analyst, consultant and director;
- an ESG Senior Associate, with over 8 years of ESG experience as both an analyst and consultant;
- an ESG Associate, with 5 years of ESG experience as a consultant;
- an ESG Analyst, who has spent 18 years working in the small-cap private equity segment.
Our Investment Process
Naxicap Partners has adopted a set of procedures aiming to integrate the consideration of ESG issues throughout the investment cycle as well as developing best ESG practices within the management company.

Naxicap has implemented a process to integrate ESG findings and conclusions into its due diligence and investment procedures.

Holding period
Naxicap maintains active involvement in each of its portfolio companies. This includes regular ESG reviews and the implementation of ESG initiatives.

Exit
Naxicap seeks to implement ESG initiatives during the divestment of portfolio companies.
