Mr. Aubertin has spent a significant part of his career at the Crédit Agricole Group, including 10  years as CEO of Crédit Agricole Nord Est.

Education: DESS – management. 

ANZ Representative in France (Australian and New Zealand Banking Group) and former CEO of Barclays France. Mr. Barbizet was Chairman of the Investment Committee of Barclays PE (now Equistone) for more than 10 years. He has extensive private equity experience including participation in investment committees.

Education: EBS Paris – IHEDN (Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale).

Former CEO of Banque Populaire Rives de Paris. A former banker, Mr. Criton has extensive experience with investing in, and providing finance to, French SMEs.

Education: Sciences Po Paris.

Judge of the Commercial Court of Nanterre. Mr. Lardoux was a private equity investor and operational manager for over 20 years, including nine years at Natixis Investissement, having previously held roles in investment banking.

Education: ESCP Graduate and holder of a Business Law degree.

Thomas-Olivier was appointed Chief Economist of the group TotalEnergies in February 2022. From January 2017 to January 2022, he headed the EDF group University of Management Group, in charge of management training, and from February 2020 to January 2022, he was Chief Economist of the EDF group.

Education: Polytechnique Graduate, Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées Graduate, and holds a master’s degree in science (specializing in transport) and a PhD in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Cécile Maisonneuve currently chairs DECYSIVE, a research, consulting and knowledge broker focused on ecological transition, sustainable development and energy policies. As an expert in energy and transition issues, she collaborates with various French and European think-tanks on the subject. An official at the National Assembly where she worked in several parliamentary committees (Defence, Legislation, Foreign Affairs).

Education: Ecole Normale Supérieure – Sciences Po Paris.

A former financial analyst and equity investor in Banexi, Mrs. Matar participated in many private equity operations covering different types: venture, growth capital, LBO, secondary portfolio buyback. She accompanied Euromezzanine fund (now EMZ Partners), created by BNP and Natixis, to its independence of its two historical sponsors as Partner. In 2015 she left EMZ Partners for a diverse set of pursuits including financial consulting, a role as an independent director and business angel.

Education: HEC Paris – IEP Paris.

A former banker and manager of the Edmond Coignet Group, which operates in the real estate sector in Paris. Mr. Renucci has extensive real estate investment and management experience.

Education: Sciences Po Strasbourg.

Mr. Sabassier has been CEO and responsible for Natixis’ Private Equity business and was previously Chief Investment Officer for Natixis Asset Management. A former equity portfolio manager, he has an in-depth understanding of mid-cap companies and their respective valuations.

Education: Essec.

Former Chairman of the board of Banque Populaire Occitane and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCR Banque Populaire Développement. Mr. Samier was manager of the Desangosse Group for over 15 years following a successful take private of the company by its employees. During his tenure, the company’s turnover increased from €50 million to €250 million. He has in-depth experience of corporate finance matters and challenges related to SME growth.

Education: Engineer ISA Lille.
